How do I change my mailbox password?

To change your mailbox password please follow the instructions below:-

  • Log in to the hosting control panel (click here to see how?)
  • Select "Domains"
  • Click on your domain
  • Select "Email Accounts"
  • Click on your email account
  • Enter your new password, confirm password and save

Please note that mailbox passwords have to be at least 8 charactersin length and contain a minimum of one lower case character, one upper case character and one number.
