When i try to send emails i get an error message. Why?

If you are using our SMTP servers to send your emails please ensure you are authenticating the SMTP with your mailbox username and password. This option is usually under an option similar to 'My outgoing server requires authentication' within your mail client (Outlook, Outlook Express, etc).
