To log in to your Windows hosting control panel (Helm) please follow the instruction below:-

1. Log in to the members area at http://www.qbic.co.uk/members
2. Select "My Services" in the "Services" menu
3. Click on the required service
4. On the next page you will see a button to log in to the control panel.  Clicking that will take you in to Helm.

Please note:  If the log in to Helm fails it is because the Helm password is out of sync with the password for the service held in our members area.  To resolve this please select the "Change Password" option on the left hand menu once you reach the page at stage 4 above.
