Your FTP details can be found within your control panel. Simply follow these steps:-

• Log into your hosting control panel (click here to see how?)
• Select 'Domains'
• Click on the relevant domain in the list
• Select 'FTP Accounts'
• Click on the FTP account

On this page you will see your FTP details including FTP Server and Username. You can also reset your FTP Password from this page. Please note that for security no matter what length password you use it will always show as 10 digits on the control panel.
